The Tathren Stud and Riding School is a facility that boasts of more 20 well-trained school horses, most of which have been bred, broken and trained within the school. Its horses are uniquely trained to handle the needs of riders of all ages and abilities. Pupils from as low as 3 years are welcome to join in the school program to learn a few tricks on riding and caring for ponies and/or horses. The school has highly qualified and insured instructors that can effectively teach riders various horse riding techniques. Private and group riding lessons are offered from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. till 9 p.m. However, group lessons usually extend into the weekends, so that those who are free at this time can take advantage.
