Well of course there are several horse ridings Apps on the market, it would be odd for there not to be π so if you’re looking for the best Horse Riding App out there, we’ve put together four Apps as a great starting point to finding the perfect one for you and your horse:
Ridely
This is a great App that’s been around since 2017. Our daughter used this App to log each of her rides making it an excellent journal for her training.
You can set goals, share your training, watch videos with renowned riders and trainers (including Olympians) and set a training program.
The App gets a 4.6 / 5 and is well worth a look so head to their website by clicking here!
Equilab
Equilab is another horse riding app that will help a rider track their riding sessions PLUS monitor their horse’s performance.
The app uses GPS technology to track the rider’s route, speed, distance, and time spent riding, providing detailed statistics and feedback on their progress.
Similar to Ridely, Equilab also allows riders to set goals, create training plans, and share their progress with fellow riders. It’s used by horse riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced riders and professionals.
The app is available for both iOS and Android devices andΒ has become a popular tool for equestrians to improve their riding skills and monitor their horse’s fitness and performance. You can also link up your Apple Watch.

Horse Riding Tracker
Horse Riding Tracker is an app designed for horse riders to track their horse’s exercise routines and monitor their health and well-being. The app allows riders to log their horse’s daily activities, including riding, turnout, and grooming, as well as record important information such as feed, medication, and veterinary visits.
The app provides a calendar view of your horse’s routine and helps riders keep track of important dates, such as vaccinations and farrier appointments.
Horse Riding Tracker also includes a feature that allows riders to set goals for their horse’s fitness and training and track their progress over time. The app provides detailed statistics on your horse’s performance, including distance travelled, speed, and calories burned. Horse Riding Tracker is available for both iOS and Android devices and is a useful tool for horse owners to monitor and improve their horse’s health and fitness.
This App gets 4.6 / 5 from 133 reviews. There’s not as much info on their website as the previous two above but here’s the link click here.
HorsePal
HorsePal is a mobile app designed to help horse owners keep track of their horse’s health, training, and care. The app was developed by a team of horse enthusiasts and professionals and is available for both iOS and Android devices.
HorsePal allows users to create a profile for their horse and track important information such as their vaccinations, feed schedule, and training progress. The app also includes features for tracking a horse’s weight, medication schedule, and vet visits.
Where this App is a little different is their key feature whereby the App has the ability to track a horse’s vital signs using a wireless monitoring device that can be attached to the horse’s halter or bridle. The device measures a horse’s heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature, and sends the data to the HorsePal app in real-time. This can be particularly helpful for detecting early signs of illness or injury in a horse.
In addition to health tracking features, HorsePal also includes a social component that allows users to connect with other horse owners, share photos and videos, and exchange tips and advice.
This App has no ratings in the App Store but check out their website for more information by clicking here.
So how to choose π€¨ well, we’ve only had experience with Ridely but like anything, always do your own research and make an informed decision.
